July 2023 Update

It’s been a really busy year and lots of things have been going on. We have had some changes to our leadership, Anthony Williams (Group Scout Leader) has sadly stepped down after many years of supporting Emscote 9th and Nikki Saveker has now stepped into his rather large shoes as Group Scout Leader. We also have had some changes in our exec group which now gives us some vacancies to fill which we will need local support to help us fill.

Our Squirrels contingent opened in September and they have been busy “squirrelling away” with amazing activities including learning about first aid, lots of outdoor and activities and learning about the scouts association.

Beavers have been jam packed with activities such as going to the local Foundary woods and bug spotting, boat trips, Warwick castle and fire making. They are an exciting colony going from strength to strength.

Cubs We’ll be opening our doors to our first contingent on Tuesday 5 September. If you’d like your young person to join Squirrels, head over to our join page and add your young person’s details to our waiting list.
