Welcome back to the great outdoors

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we’ll be returning to our face-to-face programme starting Monday 21 September 2020.

Our volunteers have spent much of the last few months working with various parties in order to get everything in order to ensure that we return safely, and they deserve our gratitude for the effort they’ve put in. They’ve compiled risk assessments, spoken with the School and District teams, and between us all, we’ve now put various controls in place to make sure our members and volunteers are all as safe as they can be.

There will be some changes to the way in which we operate, which your Section Leaders will communicate to you before restarting, but for the most part – with a bit of social distancing and good hand hygiene – it’s back to a good old-fashioned outdoor Scouting programme.
